The Pentagon wants 1,320 more F10s by November. Kyiv still has to sign the export permit.
The Pentagon has ordered another 1,320 F10 strike FPV drones from Ukraine's F-Drones under Drone Dominance, the company told Militarnyi. Delivery is due by the end of November, but the batch cannot ship until Kyiv issues a fresh export permit.[1]
This is a reorder, not a new competition win. F-Drones, represented in the US by UDD Tech Corp, was one of 11 phase-one winners and shipped 2,000 drones in July. It took part in phase two and did not win.[2] The reorder means the Pentagon is buying more from a phase-one supplier while phase two picks different vendors.
F-Drones' two Drone Dominance orders
Neither the company nor the Pentagon has published a contract value. Defender Media puts it above $6.5 million by applying phase one's average unit price of about $5,000, and says F-Drones confirmed the unit price matches its earlier order.[2] That is a press estimate, not a disclosed number.

The constraint is Ukrainian, not American. Ukraine's State Export Control Service issued the country's first permit to export finished combat drones in July. Every US order now depends on that office, and on F-Drones' claim that exports do not slow deliveries to the front.[1]
