65,000 hours. 9 sites. Ticker AGLT.
Digit is Agility Robotics' bipedal warehouse robot. It walks where people walk, picks plastic totes, and loads flow racks, put-walls and AMRs — the lifts that burn out hireable labour.
Company claim: more than 65,000 hours of real-world Digit operation across nine customer facilities, including GXO, Schaeffler and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. Digit 5 has more than $300M in committed orders — subject to milestones. RoboFab is designed for up to 10,000 robots a year (design capacity, not run-rate). Those are company figures, not audited deliveries.
Path to public markets. SPAC with Churchill Capital Corp XI. S-4 declared effective October 13, 2026. Shareholder vote: November 2. Expected ticker: AGLT. The deal has not closed.
Our take: Markets will not price demos. They will price hours on customer floors, and whether those nine sites become ninety.
